Goddam we are worthless. California has been fun, and relaxing, and not relaxing, and sunny, and cloudy, and delicious, and bumper-to-bumper, and tiring, and nostalgiac, and full of beautiful people, and full of guys who all spike their hair up the middle the same way, and full of cable that we don't have at home including every MLB game on demand, and hilarious, and distressing, and... and we still can't think of anything to say.
Red-eye tonight to NY, train to DC, home on Sunday. Keep yourselves entertained.

But, miraculously, you will make it home. No guys who spike their hair up there at all. Not so much hair up there to spike... ;) Also, no MLB games on TV at all, especially when they are on demand. Damn cable.

I can empathize. I now totally have cable envy of Jim. He's got TWO "BET" channels (Whereas I've got three country music channels??!!) including one that's all Jazz, all the time. And NY public access kicks the snot out of anything like that up here. (The only downside is having to get sports from the MSG-Mets and YES-Yankees networks.)
